We Tamau Hospitality & Facility Services began the New Year on a positive and meaningful note by celebrating the January month staff birthdays at one of our esteemed client units. The celebration started with God’s prayer, seeking blessings to begin this year with new strength, positivity, and fresh resolutions.
The atmosphere was filled with gratitude, togetherness, and smiles as we honored our team members and made them feel valued and motivated. Celebrating birthdays is our way of recognizing the people who are the true backbone of our organization.
Along with the celebration, we also conducted our monthly staff training session on the topic “How to Become a Best Employee.” The session focused on discipline, positive behavior, teamwork, responsibility, and continuous self-improvement. It was an interactive and motivating session that encouraged staff to grow both professionally and personally.
This beautiful combination of prayer, celebration, and learning set the tone for the year ahead—reminding us that when we grow together, we succeed together.
