Oh! We love to cook, so do you.....But how do you equate when it comes to eat healthy, nutritious and delicious food...Ain't that difficult?....Well, it is not...😊😊
Let us share with you five gastronomic tips how Nutrilicious food can be cooked and savoured
* Go Homemade...Prepare sauces, pastes, spreads by yourself. (it's so much fun, we bet :D).It could be little tough to try in beginning when we are addicted to use readymade products but will create a massive difference in the food we eat and taste.
* Try a variety of cooking oils. Sticking to one particular kind of oil is as hazardous as anything. Stretch your mind and work with your cooking skills to pick the right oil for the food.
* Vegetable stocks and Broths are essential to enhance the flavours and heighten the nutritional quotient.
* Go Traditional- In the times of instant gratification, Microwaves and electric cookers and inductions have taken over but there is nothing like traditional cooking which is ultimate way to have Nutrilicious meal.
No wonder if you see your ancestors smiling in the sky :P
* Cut Vegetables and fruits right before cooking or eating for the reason air reacts very quickly with cut fruits and veggies and make them poisonous. Especially Onions and garlic should never be cut and left in open for so long before cooking.
