After almost two months (!!!) I realised that I didn't post the Anniversary tart that I made for us! We always love a chocolate ganache 🍫 This one has also a crunchy pistachio and white chocolate layer, because why not! 😜
The cover is a huge biscuit painted with all natural colors (except for the yellow because I wanted a strong effect) 🐧🐧🐧
I'm back to working full time so I sadly have less time to bake, but I have some new ideas that I can't wait to translate into reality! πŸ’ͺ🏻πŸ₯³

Bonus picture: the result of leaving the tart within reach of a hungry toddler 🀣 I was so glad that I've made extra letters!

I've been lucky enough to visit my family in Milan and I took a private class with Artefrolla - Elisabetta Corneo to learn her new shortcrust techniques.

So here is Luna! πŸˆβ€β¬›πŸŒ™ Shortcrust tart filled with dark chocolate ganache. We used all natural colored dough and we created the shape from scratch.

Such an amazing learning opportunity!

Both sable breton and biscuit are made exclusively with gluten free ingredients which make this cake a wonderful option for those who are intolerant!

Now that it fits her, I couldn't resist replicating it into a giant cookie! πŸͺπŸ₯›
