The tomato sauce has 5 vegetables in it that your kids will never know. One of the ways I help my customers is by making sure their kids get as many healthy vegetables as possible. Hidden vegetable tomato sauce is one of the easiest ways to pack a ton of protein into a meal. Sauté an onion, garlic, 4 stalks of celery, 2 carrots until soft, add 2 peeled zucchinis chopped, 1 cup of cauliflower, add 10 tomatoes and 2 cups of water. Simmer until all the vegetables are soft, add 1/2 cup of tomato paste, blend, throw over some pasta and top with oven baked schnitzel 🍝🥕🍅🧅
