The tomato sauce has 5 vegetables in it that your kids will never know. One of the ways I help my customers is by making sure their kids get as many healthy vegetables as possible. Hidden vegetable tomato sauce is one of the easiest ways to pack a ton of protein into a meal. Sauté an onion, garlic, 4 stalks of celery, 2 carrots until soft, add 2 peeled zucchinis chopped, 1 cup of cauliflower, add 10 tomatoes and 2 cups of water. Simmer until all the vegetables are soft, add 1/2 cup of tomato paste, blend, throw over some pasta and top with oven baked schnitzel 🍝🥕🍅🧅
Other dishes in the photo is Indian Butter Chicken, winter vegetable and tofu quinoa salad, crispy tofu Thai noodle salad, smoked paprika and cumin black bean burgers, curry spiced and cauliflower.

New snack recipe ☺️ Puffed quinoa cookies!
Preheat oven to 100c. Start with 2 cups of dry quinoa, rinse with water and pour into a small strainer. On a baking pan, lay baking paper and spread the wet quinoa evenly. Place inside the oven and cook with the door open, on low heat until the quinoa is dried (about 20-30 min) Once quinoa is out, pour half onto a plain dry pan. On low heat, let the quinoa sit and lightly brown, using a wooden spoon to mix around every so often so it doesn’t stick or burn. Do this for about 10 min, then repeat with the other half. After removing the first pan, put into a bowl with 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, 1/4 cup honey, (2 tbsp of chia and 2 tbsp of flax seeds (optional)) 1 tbsp of vanilla. Add the second pan of quinoa on top and mix. Let it cool off and with a wet spoon place about a tbsp of the mixture on top of baking paper on top of a hard cutting board so it can be transferred easily. With each spoon full, use the back of the spoon to flatten down each crisp. Put in freezer for 20 min. Take out, remove from baking paper and place into a container. They will stay good for weeks, although I can’t imagine them not being ate by the end of the day :) enjoy :)

Gluten-Free Broccoli Parmesan Schnitzel ✨ One of my most missed pre-celiac snacks. Did a small twist of replacing the potato with egg and cheese to give it an extra flavor kick. Baked these in an air fryer to give it a real schnitzel feeling while keeping it healthy ✨

Gluten Free Gyoza 🥟 with ginger chicken! Mango chicken cilantro spring rolls with tangy peanut butter sauce 🥭 and stir fried broccoli and mushrooms 🍄

Coconut cream butter chicken
Marinate 2 chicken breast in graham masala and olive oil -brown the chicken on a pan for 6 minutes then remove- add half a chopped onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp ginger with 1 tbsp butter -sautee until translucent-add finely chopped 1/2 cup of carrots and 1/2 cup of zucchini and sautee until soft -add 1 can of coconut cream, 2 tbsp of tomato paste and let it simmer -add back the chicken and simmer until fully cooked -add salt, pepper, curry spice for a kick, dash of cumin, turmeric and ginger powder -turn heat off and add 2 tbsp of low get sour cream or yogurt -top with fresh cilantro and chopped pistachios-add rice on the side of enjoy on it’s own 🥘🥘🥘
