This past year and a half has been full of professional challenges...ups and downs, mainly learning to think outside the box and be creative with the limitations that were thrown upon us. I have done parties in parking lots, weddings in inter connecting gardens...it has all been a fabulous challenge. Here are some photos from the latest events....

Back to work.... such an amazing feeling!!! The Corona regulations have made us all put on our thinking caps...finding creative ways of serving so nobody except my servers touch serving pieces. Serving food that lends itself to individual portions. Doing weddings in sessions, or alternatively celebrating in two different sections of the same venue....
May we all stay healthy to enjoy celebrating together again💖
