We’re giving one lucky group the chance to experience a 2-day, full-service woodcock hunt with The Hunter & The Chef — in the heart of Ireland’s wild uplands.

• Hunt wild woodcock in stunning terrain

“BEE-ware the Swarm!”
If you live in South Kerry and suddenly feel like you’re living in a scene from The Wicker Man, don’t panic – your house isn’t haunted… it’s just bee season!

Bees swarm when the old queen decides she’s had enough of hive life and legs it with half the gang to start a new colony. It’s their version of moving to Di**le for ‘a fresh start.’ Totally natural – but a bit unsettling when they try to set up shop in your chimney, car, or kids’ trampoline.

That’s where we come in.
We’re not ghostbusters – we’re swarm catchers. Suited up and ready to relocate those bees safely and responsibly.

So if you spot a buzzing ball of fluff hanging from your tree, gatepost or gable – don’t swat, don’t spray, just DM us.
We’ve got the gear, the knowledge, and zero fear of stingers.

The Hunter and The Chef are setting up camp at in Ballinskelligs, Saturday 12th of April and Sunday 13th of april( if we don’t sell out)

Smoke and Shells — fire-grilled Oysters Rockefeller, kissed by smoke and wild herbs.
Brie by the Sea — coal-melted Brie with charcuterie, crusty bread, figs, grapes & toasted nuts, served straight from the cast iron.

Old world cooking. Wild soul dining.
