"Yarnbombers" was a term I had never heard before and when Bethany from Texas used it as we drove through Bagenalstown I thought I was going to be hijacked. It is community art at it's best art , it made the town even more beautiful. You can visit Bagenalstown on your way from Dublin to Kilkenny and it will only be an 11 minute detour ,add the time for chatting to the locals,drinking pints,visiting the church and enjoying lunch and you may not even reach Kilkenny.

Recently@ I travelled with Maureen who wanted to see a different Ireland and she took me to places off the beaten track. The Kilkee Cliffs and Loop Head area is the windiest in Ireland,the wind can be so strong they have to tie down the roofs on the thatched cottages.

I love Belfast. Often I take the train or sometimes I take visitors . It never fails to fascinate me. This is possibly one of the best videos made on Belfast. Let me take you there I can show it all and you can also take a black taxi tour of the city,visit the markets,Crumlin Rd Jail, City Hall,The Duke of York ,Titanic or Stormont. Don't rush me though I am never in a hurry to leave.
