It is with profound sadness that we share the news with you today of the unexpected and untimely passing of our beloved Jacqueline on Sunday 10th October 2021.

Deeply mourned by her heartbroken family - her mum Dympna, brothers Brendan, Kieran and David, her sisters Dympna and Sharon, nieces and nephews, extended family and wide circle of friends and colleagues.

Anyone who has had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jacqueline will have experienced her kind and gentle nature, her generosity, empathy, zest for life and the extra lengths she would go to, to make any event personal, special and unforgettable.

Jacqueline, it has been an honour and privilege to know you.

May your gentle soul rest in peace.
