Our mission is to make bridal shopping a pleasurable experience to everyone who comes through our door. Q: How do I know if my bridal appointment is confirmed? 🤍👰‍♀️

We’ve had a little issue with some bookings recently, so we just wanted to explain how it works! 🥰

When booking your appointment online, there are two important steps:

✨ 1. Confirm your payment.

✨ 2. Confirm your booking.

Once both steps are completed, you should receive an email confirming your appointment date and time. 📧

⚠️ PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, your booking may not have been completed, so please get in touch with us to check before travelling to the shop.

We would hate for any of our lovely brides to arrive expecting an appointment that hasn’t been confirmed! 🤍
