Hazelwood 5k Fun Run

On the 1st of April 3rd year students from ATU Sligo held a 5km Fun Run at Hazelwood as part of their Tourism and Event Management module. All students had their own roles in organizing this event and it was very well done. In total €629.70 was raised. We want to thank all the students for their hard work in raising important funds to provide free counselling across the North West.

Today We Presented Emma From North West STOP-Suicide Prevention With a cheque for €629.70.

Thanks again to everyone who Came out and supported 😀

All of these funds will go towards the services that north west stop provide which will help many people in need.

🚨ONE DAY TO GO .. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

We are one more sleep from Hazelwood 5k Fun Run the support over the last few weeks has been phenomenal.

This is your last chance to Enter Hazelwood 5k Fun Run via the entry link and to save yourself time.

Registration is starting at 10.30am with the run taking off from 12pm sharp.

We have been busy setting up and marking the road this morning, we have tea/coffee and light refreshments available tomorrow.

We having Changing/Showers/ Toilet /Parking facilities also available to entrants.

There will be a marquee set up outside the clubhouse this will provide cover for registration and tea/coffee.

🚨2 DAYS TO GO ….

We’re all excited to finally say we are 2 sleeps from our first ever event as a class !

Please remember Registration is from 10.30am on Saturday 1st of April with the Hazelwood 5k Fun Run kicking off from 12pm.

Parking is available at the community park and also just across the road , also changing and toilet facilities are all available.

As we are expecting a large volume of runners/walkers so please Arrive as early as possible to get registered.🏃‍♂️

When you finish your Run/Walk please congregate in the parking lot off of the road to ensure safety of yourself and road users. 🏃‍♀️
