Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia affect the lives of so many people in Ireland from those diagnosed, to their families, to their carers. It is often not spoken about but its impact is life changing for all involved.

I've started my training for . I have 2 aunts currently living with dementia. My grandmother passed away having suffered with the disease for a number of years. This year I'm fundraising for the wonderful
