She never stops.
She gives, she worries, she fixes, she shows up — for everyone. Everyday.
She’s a mother, a partner, a friend, a woman with too many lists and no time for herself.
And yet… she forgets to celebrate the person holding it all together.
She spends her life creating memories for others… when was the last time she captured herself?”

That day I saw her pause. I saw her dive deep. And touch what’s true, what’s vulnerable, what’s joyful.
For a moment, she wasn’t planning, scheduling or taking care of anyone else.
She was just there. Breathing. Being present. Being seen.

In a world that teaches us to compare, to conform, to fit in - it takes a real courage to show up JUST AS YOU ARE - and honour your journey of pain, healing and growth.

Maybe that’s what this session is about.
Not flattering. Not picture-perfect. But TRUE.
This isn’t about beautiful portraits. It’s about coming home to herself.
Because SHE deserves to be seen — not for what she DOES,
but for WHO SHE IS.
