2 weeks ago, I lost the founder of Doherty Catering and more importantly my beautiful Mammy, Lynda. I am heartbroken beyond words and belief but will vow to continue her legacy of beautiful home cooked food and excellent customer service. Mammy created and envisioned a catering company like no other and gave me the most solid foundation upon which I have expanded and poured my heart into over the past 20 years. I am honoured to carry her strength and dedication into the future of my family run business and thank you all for your kind messages of support over the past 2 weeks. Karolyne ❤️
