Job Advertisement: Full-Time Florist/Shop assistant 🌸

Position: Full-Time 40hours �Experience Required: 1–2 years retail florist experience

About the Role:�We’re looking for a creative, confident, and passionate florist to join our team for the busy upcoming season. If you love working with flowers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect arrangement, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
* Create beautiful floral arrangements, bouquets, and custom designs
* Provide excellent customer service and product advice
* Assist with store displays, merchandising, and seasonal décor
* Process orders (in-store, phone, and online)
* Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace
* Care for flowers and plants, including conditioning and rotation
Requirements:
* 1–2 years of retail florist experience (essential)
* Strong design skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to work efficiently during peak seasonal periods
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends if required
