🎉🎉 This week, we’re celebrating 40 years of The Flower Shop! 🎉🎉
Back in 1985, Nuffie and Frances opened The Flower Shop in Oldcastle — a small space filled with big dreams and fresh flowers.💐🌺
We couldn’t have done it without amazing women such as Margo (RIP), Eilish Smith, Maura Thompson, Misako and Gaynor and for their passion, laughter, and dedication are forever woven into the heart of our story. 🍾🥂🌷
A couple of years later we were thrilled to open our second location in Kells, and we’ve never looked back.
Over the past four decades, we’ve had the honour of being part of your weddings, birthdays, farewells, celebrations, and “just because” moments.
We’re so incredibly grateful to our amazing customers, our suppliers, and our community for your support through the years. You’ve helped our business bloom and we couldn’t have done it without you.
The two shops continue to collaborate, while Nuffie and Ann are at the helm of the shop in Oldcastle and Frances, Misako and Gaynor are at the helm of the shop in Kells, which has been Interflora member since 1990, enabling us to send flower worldwide!!!
Here’s to 40 years of flowers, friendship, and unforgettable memories — and to many more to come!
