Seeing as next Thursday is in fact Christmas Eve (Crazy!!) this will be our last of December so we wanted to share something that would be easy 'peasy' on Christmas Eve before the Turkey and Roses are demolished the next day. Tagliatelle, Smoked Salmon, Watercress and Peas -- This recipe is very easy, all ingredients in the cupboard and super tasty! Enjoy!

This is a really good pasta dish, great for all the family, and it makes a little bit of smoked salmon go a long way.

Christmas is full of traditions but sometimes it can be nice to try something a little different. This week's is Salmon & Clementine! Not two Christmas treats we would have put together but Jamie Oliver hasn't put us wrong yet!!

A delicious smoked salmon salad recipe which includes beautifully juicy clementine's, a great festive salmon dish to be enjoyed by all.

We are getting so busy here that we needed to bring in some extra help!! They might not have the best strength for lifting but Penguins are surprisingly good counters!
