Well done to David and crew. A fabulous family day out and generous donation for charity 😊
Firstly, I would like to say a huge thank you to every person who braved the cold weather on Easter Sunday to support our family fun day at The Village Barn. A special thank you must be said to Mullingar Lions Club for their support which allowed us to donate all moneys raised on the day to the chosen charities.
Next thanks to my family, before I decide to give of my time, I always ask Amy and Emma for their views as without them it wouldn't happen and they are always 100% behind me.
Next thanks goes to my work colleagues, who always ensure that everyone gets the best food and service day in and day out and who were willing to work on Easter Sunday.
Thanks to Gary Nea who provided the bouncy castles, a major hit with the younger generation.
Thanks to "Mr Softee" Declan Boland who gave so generously of his time and ice cream.
Thanks to Mergon International who generously sponsored Laura Dugdale the amazing singe and also our face painters Kelly Sheerin and Hannah Reilly who made sure every child got their face painted.
Thanks to Gerard and Olivia at Annie's bakery who made the amazing crepes.
With all this support we managed to raised over €3,000 for the local charities.
Again Thank you, David and all at David Smyth Catering and Wi***es and the Barn
