🎉10 years in business…
..and it still feels a little surreal to say that.

What started as a side hustle making cupcakes and celebration cakes has grown into the wedding cake business I have today.

There have been late nights, early mornings, moments of doubt, and so many hours spent learning, practising,refining the beautiful art of cake. And the learning never stops… which is part of what I love.

Five years ago,when I made the decision to focus solely on weddings, it felt like such a big step, but it has allowed me to create something more meaningful and intentional; cakes that are not just beautiful, but truly part of a couple’s day.

My work is deeply influenced by my Italian roots, where food is never just that but how we connect, how we celebrate, how we show love.
That belief is at the heart of everything I create.

Behind it all, it’s still just me.
From baking to decorating, and everything in between, every cake that leaves my kitchen is crafted with the utmost care.

Over the years, I’ve had the joy of working in some of the most beautiful venues across Ireland, collaborating with incredibly talented creatives, being featured in blogs, magazines and even on TV, and in 2025, winning an award that meant so much to me.

But more than any of that, it’s the couples I’ve met and the love stories I’ve been trusted to be part of that I carry with me.

Because to me, a wedding cake is more than a tradition.
It’s an experience, a sensory moment that brings people together, even just for a few minutes, to share something special.
