This coming friday one of Longford's primary school will host a fun and creative returnable initiative called "Your turn - Re-turn". The day will be filled with loads of activities to suit all ages (not only children will be entertained 😀).

The school is also going to celebrate turning 140 years old. 🎂🥳

As the owner of Weronika's events I am working along with schools PA to create this amazing event. All my work is voluntary.

I am looking for local businesses that would love to support this initiative in any way, shape or form. If you want to know how you can help please DM me.

An amazing event took place on Saturday, 6th June 2026 at Ballymahon Library. We were celebrating "Hidden Wonders " book launch and family fun day as part of Cruinniu na nOg.

Thank you to Creative Ireland. Longford Library Services and Longford County Council for funding this great project.

Thank you to Longford Centre for sponsoring arts and crafts on the day.

Big shout out to Halyna Budilova, founder of Little Beetle Press and Shelley Corcoran and our 4 amazing illustrators - the book looks fabulous.

Our amazing team of entertainers - Pub Fiction, Gavin Smith and Laura Shanley - they made sure that every child that attended the event left with great memories and huge smile on their face.

Thank you to MPC.TV for coming to the event and taking great videos and interviewing us.

I am so proud of everyone who made this day happen 💜

Tomorrow - Saturday 6th June, Ballymahon Library, from 11 am until 1 pm - step into the magic of "Hidden Wonders" - a fantastic children's poetry book created by local poets and illustrators. Hear the poems, enjoy live music and indulge in family friendly activities - all free of charge as part of Cruinniu na nog. This project was kindly funded by Creative Ireland.
