Our Popular Cookery Course Is Back And Is A Perfect Christmas Gift

Run over 3 weeks, this is a practical course
Each evening starts with a demo by George which covers the classes work

You will then repeat it at your work station and be guided by George.

We will cover 3 mains topics over the 3 weeks - starters, main course and baking.

We will also cover healthy options, some chef tips, knife skills and much more

Each night you will go home with food for two, all course notes, ingredients and equipment is included

Cost is €240 for the 3 classes

The course starts at 7.30pm at our Commercial Kitchen.

Beginners starts Wednesday 25hth of January runs 3rd and finishing on the 10th of February

Intermediates starts Thursday 26th of January runs 4th and finishing on the 11th of February
