Well here is my last cake for 2015, delivered yesterday to The Castletroy Park Hotel, but in fact it's my last cake for good. Due to many personal reasons I have decided to close my cake business. I wish to thank you all who ordered from me, the "likes",the comments etc. My cake gloves are hanging up and my oven is turned off!
I'd like to wish ye all a wonderful and healthy 2016.x

I had the absolute pleasure in creating this 4tier cake for Tara and Timmy last week at The Inn At Dromoland. Romance and Ruffles!
The sign is `I love you` in sign language.
All sugar flowers and piped pearls.
Huge congrats to you Tara and Timmy.x

Last weekend's wedding cake in the beautiful 'Anna Carriga', Kilaloe.
Powder blue, pink and white go perfectly well together. Loved this venue..very romantic!

A recent display in Coolbawn Quay, Co. Tipperary..it was such a beautiful place, just loved it here..I would have given anything to stay for the celebrations here!!

Mint green ruffled, ombre effect wedding cake with deep grey..loved the colours on this one in The Lakeside Hotel for the lovely Megan and Conor.

I was involved recently in a collaboration with some fabulous cake friends of mine..Our theme was 'Irish Myths and Legends". So you basically could do what you felt it meant to you.
I chose 'Deirdre of The Sorrows", a romantic and sad story and handpainted her onto the cake, known for her roaring red hair and her beauty.
Next is "Fairyland", featuring Fairy Aarycia, who also lives under our stairs!! This is what I think fairy kingdom would look like.
I hope you like them and just a little change from wedding cakes!!
