Well what a weekend we had last weekend!! The weather was great, the atmosphere was great as was the food!
We the committee and organisers of Barn-chela would like to start off by saying a few thank yous, there are far to many to thank individually so here's a general run down :
Firstly we would like to thank our families, friends, neighbours and our community who helped us out in so many ways. We cannot thank you all enough for your time and great support for preparing everything before and during the two days events and for the clean up afterwards. You are all wonderful.
To all those that brought goods and animals to our auction. Your generosity was amazing.
To all the people for coming and supporting our events.
To the bands and entertainment for keeping everyone dancing and Jiving for the two days.
To those that helped with parking and keeping the traffic flowing.
To the security for keeping everyone safe.
To all those that volunteered to help in the bars.
And last but not least to the wonderful chefs who kept us fed during the two days.
Hopefully I have left nobody out but if I have I apologise but know you are thanked also.
We held Barn-chela to raise funds for North West STOP-Suicide Prevention and we look forward to welcoming you all to the presentation of a cheque to them shortly. A date when this is happening will be confirmed soon.
