Lorraine has been such a valued and much-loved member of our team for many years. She brings a wealth of experience and a calm, reassuring presence to everything she does. Lorraine has a natural way of making both guests and colleagues feel at ease, and her commitment to looking after every booking with genuine care has made her an integral part of the team. Her warmth, reliability, and deep knowledge of the hotel truly shine through in her work every day.

We are also delighted to have Niamh on the team, who joined Reservations in February after previously working on reception. Niamh has brought such a positive energy and a genuinely warm, friendly approach to the role. Her background at reception means she already knows our guests so well, and she carries that same personal touch into every reservation she handles. She has quickly become a great support to the team and a real pleasure to work with.

Together, Lorraine and Niamh make a brilliant team, ensuring every reservation is handled with heart, care, and professionalism.
