🌿 Sometimes, being a celebrant is about so much more than standing at the front of the ceremony. 🤍
This photo perfectly captures a little part of what I love about what I do.
Here I am helping the bride’s mum make her way to her seat, making sure she is comfortable and ready for one of the most emotional moments of her life ,watching her daughter walk up the aisle. 🥹❤️
It is the little moments behind the scenes that often mean just as much as the ceremony itself.
Being there for the couple, their families and their guests… calming the nerves, offering a helping hand, sharing a laugh, and making sure everyone feels looked after.
Because for me, being a celebrant is about people. It is about being present, noticing the little things and making sure everyone feels part of the story. ❤️
And yes… sometimes that means carrying an umbrella too! ☔😂

Day 5 of my 100km October Challenge! ❤️
Another 3.29km walked today towards my goal of walking 100km throughout October to raise much-needed funds for HUGG. 🧡
That brings me to 22.55km completed so far — nearly a quarter of the way there! 🙌
A huge thank you to everyone who has donated, shared my fundraiser or encouraged me along the way. Your support means so much. ❤️
There is still lots of time to donate, and every single donation, no matter how big or small, will help support HUGG and the important work they do.

Day 4 of my 100km walk for HUGG ❤️
Today’s walk was a little different and was broken up into two walks, bringing today’s total to 5.07km 🚶‍♀️
And there was a very good reason for the break… I had to stop and cheer on my daughter Katelyn and the Under 13 girls from Solohead ⚽️💚
What a result , they got the win and are now through to the County Semi-Final! 🎉🙌
So today’s kilometres were mixed with a bit of walking, a lot of cheering, and plenty of pride watching these girls give it their all.
Well done Solohead U13 girls — County Semi-Final here we come! 💚⚽️
And the 100km challenge continues… one step at a time. ❤️

Straight from work at The Lakeside Hotel and over to Solohead GAA pitch for tonight’s walk. 🚶‍♀️🌙
Another 3.7km done — bringing me to 7.4km so far! 💪

💚 And so it begins! 💚🚶‍♀️
Tonight was the start of my 100km walk throughout October for HUGG — and what better way to start than with my bestie, Theresa O' Hora 🥰

A huge thank you to Theresa for joining me tonight. She was a little camera shy and didn’t want to get into the picture 😂, but my kids were more than happy to jump straight in for a snap with their mam! ❤️
