No pressure but THIS is the reaction I’m looking for when you walk into your wedding reception space 😂❤️

Alexa was an absolute dream in every way. There are WAY too many photos of her where she is just absolutely divine ( which I will get around to sharing ) but this one just cracks me up. Alexa was like a child on Christmas Day soaking every single moment of her wedding day up. She was an absolute joy to be around from start to finish!!! I was also crying in the background for a change as herself & Dylan were taking it all in 😂

I simply adored working with Dylan & Alexa planning their destination wedding in Ireland. ❤️❤️❤️

We loved creating Alexa & Dylan’s dream wedding reception space for their destination wedding

Through a series of design meetings, we created our initial moodboard, we developed a considered floor plan that maximised the space, curated textures and fabrics that complemented the surroundings, and created a collection of tablescapes that brought depth, dimension and a cohesive sense of elegance to the overall aesthetic.

The moments of calm & still between the sheer excitement & anticipation. Wedding days are a roller coaster of energy & emotions.

Katherine & Tim… a gorgeous couple, so in love!! Their wedding day was an absolute joy from the excitement in the morning to the stillness of the ceremony in the boat house. Another movement into absolute happiness when they became husband & wife & that’s pretty much how the day continued with these beautiful moments of stillness and love surrounded by celebration and joy.

The original plan for the ceremony entrance was a statement floral arch.

Then we arrived for our site visit… and there they were. 🎻 Two bronze musicians that weren’t going anywhere.

So instead of trying to disguise or cover them, we embraced them. Our wonderful florist even added flower crowns on the morning of the wedding. They definitely weren’t part of the original vision… but somehow they became one of my favourite design elements from the whole day. 🤍
