Scotland, meet us for a coffee? ☕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We’ll be in Edinburgh and Glasgow this month, and we’d love to meet some of you while we’re there! 💚

This is going to be very casual. Just some authors getting together for coffee, lunch, and a chat 🤩

It is completely free to come along. The only cost is whatever you decide to order on the day, whether that’s a coffee, lunch or something sweet to keep the brain functioning. 🍰

You can register your interest for Edinburgh, Glasgow or both. Registering doesn’t lock you into anything. It simply means we’ll send you the exact time and location closer to the date.

Being an author can feel isolating at times, so come out for an hour or two and spend some time with people who understand the strange little world we work in.

Did you join the Indie Network (IN) Ireland '27 waitlist in March, or Early April? 👀

Check your emails, including your spam or junk folder!💚

With some of our speakers finalised, a small number of tickets have become available. We have started contacting the first people who joined the waitlist, working through it in date order.

If you have received an email from us, you only have a short window to secure your place before we contact the next batch on 24th August. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are more than 65 people waiting, so any available tickets will continue to be offered through the waitlist rather than released publicly.

If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry. We are making our way through the list in order! 💚

We’re not making Indie Network Ireland bigger.
But we might be IN Scotland… 👀

One of the questions we’re asked most often is why, after selling out Ireland within ten days, we don’t simply move to a bigger venue.

The answer is that the size is part of what makes Ireland so special.

Everyone stays together. Nobody feels left out. Conversations continue throughout the event, new friendships form and the whole thing feels warm, welcoming and genuinely connected. It is also brilliant fun!!

We don’t want to risk changing what already works. But what if, instead of one bigger event, we held two Indie Network events each year?

Scotland kept coming to mind (there is a story behind this location too) 👀

Nothing is confirmed yet, but we have potential dates and a venue in mind for autumn 2027. Now we need to know if you would be interested in joining us.

With more than 60 people already on the Ireland waitlist, we are incredibly grateful to be in this position. So many of you have embraced Indie Network, and we never take that support for granted.

The Indie Network Scotland waitlist is now open. Joining helps us understand whether there is enough interest to take this idea forward, and you’ll be among the first to hear what happens next.
