We are delighted to have Eileen Woodford, Nucleus Coaching as our Keynote Speaker at the Carraig Donn Tea Party tonight from 6.30pm in aid of Clare Cancer Support, Sláinte an Chláir.

Eileen will give a talk titled

"Resilience and a sense of humour from reboundability"

Eileen is a coach based in Ennis, Co Clare. Qualified since 2006, she coaches and trains in Ireland and the UK and has worked with many clients who are going through very challenging times.

Having personally come through a particularly tough 6 years (Health & business), and speaking with clients and friends, she realises that not everyone has the ability to access the inner resources needed to get through tough times.

“Personal Resilience and a Sense of Humour” highlights many of the skills she used to deal with these challenges and begin to live again.
