Last weekend at I bumped into the fabulous Kathleen Brady ,aka Chef Brady who was my tutor back in the late ’80s.
She reminded me (better memory than mine!) that I was Chef of the Year in first year!!
It was so good to Kathleen after all these years. That’s the magic of this festival , meeting amazing people and bumping into familiar faces you haven’t seen in ages.

Had the pleasure of visiting Teresa Roche last week. In this reel she shares what makes her cheese so special and where that distinctive flavour comes from.
Kylemore is an incredible Irish cheese with a rich Alpine style taste, made from grass fed milk. It is so versatile, perfect hot or cold, grated, in a sandwich, on a burger, or for raclette and fondue.
Teresa herself is an incredible person .
