⚠️ A FRIENDLY WARNING WHEN BOOKING YOUR BOUNCY CASTLE ⚠️

Recently, we’ve received a worrying number of last-minute calls from customers who say they have been let down by another local inflatable company—one advertising more than 700 Google reviews.

Customers have told us they were given different explanations, including a robotic lawnmower damaging the castle or the inflatable being damaged the previous night.

This weekend alone, we received two emergency calls. One poor woman was in tears because the castle for her child’s christening had not arrived.

We’re always happy to help when we can, but during busy weekends our delivery schedule is extremely tight, with all our inflatables normally delivered before 12 noon. Unfortunately, that means we cannot always accommodate last-minute requests.

Once your inflatable is booked, it should be booked. Organising a special occasion should be exciting and stress-free—you shouldn’t have to worry about whether your delivery will turn up.

This is not a post looking for business. There are plenty of excellent, trustworthy inflatable companies locally. We simply encourage everyone to do their research and choose a company with a proven record of reliability.

The cheapest option isn’t always the best option. Book carefully, confirm everything in writing, and make sure your special occasion is in safe hands.
