Barcelona: With having worked multiple events in the Palau de Congressos de Catalunya our team had the foresight to anticipate potential onsite challenges. Familiarity with local suppliers and city restrictions helps to ensure any potential issues are flagged and actioned early.

Antwerp: Pairing the Hilton Antwerp Old Town with the remarkable Horta Hall allowed us to create a stunning delegate experience. This was enhanced by leveraging local knowledge to advise on accessibility, transportation, accommodations, and authentic Antwerp experiences.

2026 Kick-Off ✅

An inspiring start to the 2026 business year was driven by our fantastic team at our annual Kick-Off Meeting in the Royal Marine Hotel, where sharing ideas and ambitions helped us come together and align before looking ahead into the approaching new year.

A highlight of the day was a brilliant workshop given by , which helped us better understand each other’s working strengths and weaknesses. This session strengthened how we collaborate by enabling us to identify where each member of the team shines, how we can support one another, and how to turn potential weaknesses into opportunities for collective growth. Identifying more impactful methods to communicate interpersonally left the team feeling even more confident to take on the year ahead.

We also took the time to reflect on our achievements, set out our goals, and then map out the milestones that will shape 2026. We are forever grateful for the dedication that brought us this far, leaving us even more excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.
