Hi everyone! 👋
For those who don’t know me, I’m Sadye, and I’ve been the marketing intern here at The Tara Building for the past 6 weeks!
Learning alongside this amazing team has been such an incredible experience. A few major highlights were definitely the Summer Rooftop Sessions and meeting so many cool, inspiring people along the way.
Thank you all so much for your kindness and welcoming energy over the past few weeks. I hope to come back and visit you all again soon!

This month, we’re highlighting some very special members! &Grow have been with The Tara Building for years and have become a huge part of our community; helping out their peers, sharing advice, and simply showing up.
We were delighted to ask them a few questions about the future and the exciting next steps they’re taking! 🌞

Tell us a little about &Grow and what inspired the rebrand.
We founded SEO & Grow 8 years ago and operated under that name until now, despite all of the developments since then.
A name change and updated brand identity felt long overdue!

What’s changed, and what can people expect from this new chapter?
It’s no longer just Peter and Aidan, we have a team now.
And while SEO remains one of our core services - it’s joined by Google Ads, Email Marketing and AI Search.
&Grow is a strategic growth partner for ambitious businesses.

What’s your favourite thing about being part of The Tara Building community?

Five months ago, I started my internship at The Tara Building without knowing how much this experience would shape me.

Over these past months, I’ve gained confidence, stepped outside my comfort zone, and met so many inspiring people. Every conversation, every challenge, and every event has helped me grow, both professionally and personally.

I’m incredibly grateful to my colleagues and to everyone I met along the way for making this experience so meaningful.

As this chapter comes to an end, I’m leaving with more than just professional experience. I’m leaving with unforgettable memories, valuable connections, and lessons that I’ll carry with me wherever I go.
