The Hurricane 🌪️ The Hurricane is not a cocktail of subtlety. Its double serving of rum and suite of fruit juices and sweeteners have been packing a punch since the early 1940s, when it was invented at Pat O’Brien’s in New Orleans.

Ingredients:
Matusalem 7yr Rum.
Passoa passion fruit liqueur.
Fresh orange juice.
Fresh lime juice.
Sugar cane syrup.

Directions: shake with ice and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a half wheel of orange and and a cherry.

One of our most requested cocktails for a The Passion Fruit Martini, also known as the Pornstar Martini.

The legendary bartender Douglas Ankrah invented this vodka cocktail behind the bar at The Townhouse Bar in Knightsbridge, London. He allegedly initially named the cocktail the ‘Maverick Martini’, after a dingy club in Cape Town, South Africa.

Ingredients:
Ketel one vodka.
Passoa liqueur.
Fresh lime juice.
Sugar cane syrup.
Fresh passion fruit.
Dash of prosecco.

Directions: Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass and top with prosecco.
