Next Friday the 3rd at Village Underground we’ll be joined by the legendary Special Request - a true architect of UK rave culture, known for reshaping jungle, hardcore and beyond with uncompromising energy for the cherry on top of an already show stopping lineup.

Alongside this, we also now welcome the legendary for a rare and exclusive set, diving deep into the full SD catalogue — from seminal 90s releases to unreleased material. A project that helped define the darker, more cinematic edges of drum & bass as we know it.

A look back to when Tim Reaper closed our stage last year, with a 100% production rinse out that sent everyone there in to a Dalmatian Trance.

He’ll be doing a debut B2B alongside Peverelist next Friday and we really can’t wait.

This Easter we’ll be treated to a rare Jungle set from the Bristolian Pioneer going tune for tune with Tim Reaper.

Ahead of the set he has graced us with a few jungle selects that influenced his younger years

“As a teenager I bought my first set of decks purely so I could get hold of this music that was only released on wax, never had any intention of being a dj, I was just really into the music and going out to the raves around town in Bristol. Every lunchtime I’d trawl the record shops trying to track down those ever elusive tracks which I more often than not didn’t even know the name of but had heard on the radio, in a club or on a tape from a tape pack”
