Join Dublin City Council Community & Social Development Team in celebrating ‘National Playday- The Power of Play’.
“This is the first event to celebrate Article 31; the child’s right to play, in my local constituency and I am really looking forward to joining families to enjoy this wonderful Autism Friendly and Inclusive event to celebrate National Playday in another of our great local parks. I would like to thank the Department of Children, Disability & Equality for their kind support and part funding of this event” says Lord Mayor of Dublin Councillor Ray McAdam.
National Playday- The Power of Play “, will take place at John Paul II Park (on Ratoath Road, near Cabra Parkside Sports & Community Centre) this Sunday 13th July at from 2.00 p.m. to 5,00 p.m. with earlier access from 1.00 p.m. for children and young people with specific needs. So, come on out to play and join in this fun filled day to celebrate ‘play’ in Dublin/Ireland. Please note, you are welcome to bring along camping chairs or picnic blankets and picnic of course and please wear old clothes as it will get messy!
