Today, we’re talking about one of the most cherished and traditional details of Brazilian weddings: the wedding cake table.
More than simply the place where the cake is displayed, the cake table becomes one of the main focal points of the reception. It brings together flowers, sweets and carefully chosen details to create a beautiful composition full of personality.
For Carla & Hugh, we also designed the reception décor, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere for their guests and bringing the celebration together as one cohesive setting.
Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to complement the space and reflect the beauty and essence of the couple.

Hoje é dia de falar de um dos detalhes mais especiais e tradicionais dos casamentos brasileiros: a mesa do bolo.
Muito mais do que o lugar onde o bolo é apresentado, a mesa do bolo se torna um dos grandes pontos de destaque da recepção. É onde detalhes, flores, doces e elementos escolhidos pelos noivos se encontram para criar uma composição única e cheia de personalidade.
Para Carla & Hugh, além da mesa do bolo, preparamos toda a decoração do salão de festa, criando uma atmosfera elegante e acolhedora para receber os convidados e dar continuidade à celebração.

And so we come to the end of Carla & Hugh’s ceremony photographs.

After all the beautiful moments shared with family and friends, it was time for a quiet moment just for the two of them, inside the church where they said their long-awaited “I do”.
The light, the architecture, the flowers and every carefully chosen detail of the décor come to life through these photographs, creating memories that will live far beyond their wedding day.

The details of Carla & Hugh’s ceremony.

For the church, the couple chose a delicate and elegant décor concept, designed to enhance the beauty and architecture of the space without taking away from a setting that was already naturally beautiful.
Every detail was thoughtfully chosen: a personalised Welcome Box featuring the couple’s names, with the lettering artwork beautifully designed by Carla herself, who is a designer; a delicate arrangement for the altar and small bouquets placed along the church pews.
A light, romantic and timeless design, where every element had its purpose and came together to make their ceremony even more special.

Os detalhes da cerimônia de Carla & Hugh.

Para a igreja, o casal escolheu uma decoração delicada e elegante, pensada para valorizar a beleza e a arquitetura do espaço, sem tirar o protagonismo de um cenário que já era naturalmente encantador.
Cada detalhe foi escolhido com cuidado: um Welcome Box personalizado com o nome do casal, cuja arte das letras foi criada pela própria Carla, que é designer; um delicado arranjo para o altar e pequenos buquês distribuídos pelos bancos da igreja.
Uma decoração leve, romântica e atemporal, onde cada elemento teve o seu propósito e contribuiu para tornar a cerimônia ainda mais especial.

For her special day, Carla chose a beautiful white princess-style gown, featuring delicate embroidered lace and layers of tulle that brought a sense of lightness, romance and elegance to her look.

And, of course, a very special thank you to all the couples, guests, friends and partners who came along and made this day so memorable.
It was truly amazing to see it all come together!

A project created with lots of love, dedication and the desire to connect brides with incredible wedding professionals across Ireland.
A special thank you to all the suppliers who believed in this idea, joined us for this first edition and gave their very best to be part of it. Each and every one of you helped make this day truly special.
It was wonderful to see so many talented professionals coming together, showcasing their work, creating new connections and, most importantly, being part of the beginning of something we hope will continue to grow.
