Innovation isn’t remembered when it’s explained. It’s remembered when it’s experienced.

This July, 90,000 visitors did more than just see the future at FutureLab, Goodwood Festival of Speed 2026. They stepped inside it.

Across four themed zones, visitors explored AI, Robotics, Quantum Computing, Deep-sea Habitats and the next frontier of Space Exploration. Not through static displays, but through experiences designed to make these ideas accessible, engaging and real.

Catapult have been part of the creation, design and production of Future Lab since it first started in 2017, collaborating with the incredible team at and curator Lucy Johnston.

Since then, it has grown into one of the leading showcases of emerging technology, where we’ve partnered with pioneering organisations to transform complex science and engineering into immersive, human-centred experiences that spark curiosity and invite participation.

This year’s edition brought together some of the world’s most influential innovators, including , the , the National Quantum Computing Centre, , DEEP, Dark Star Labs, Factum Foundation and Mirokaï.

At Catapult, we’re passionate about turning big ideas into experiences that people don’t just see, but genuinely connect with. That’s what we deliver for our clients every day: experiences that move people, build connection and create impact.

Fandom is not an audience around an experience.

Fandom is the experience.

Tomorrow we’re at IAPI’s Cannes-alysis, where David Davies and Jonathan Bates will be unpacking what this year’s Cannes Lions winners reveal about the role of experience in award-winning work.

Three case studies. Three lessons in participation, utility and belonging and why the strongest ideas are the ones people take part in.

See you there!

The final whistle has blown on the biggest FIFA World Cup in history. And we’re proud to have played our part. ⚽️

Our journey with FIFA on World Cup 26 didn’t start at kick-off. It started back in 2023 with the World Cup 26 Brand Launch, at the iconic Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles. Link to our work. Our work then took us to the Final Draw in Washington, DC. Two defining moments before the tournament began.

Then every day from the opening whistle to the final, V/VIP hospitality across four host cities New York, Miami, Dallas and LA, helping bring FIFA Clubs and world-class guest experiences to life. It’s been a thrill to once again play a part in the world’s biggest sporting event.

A huge thank you to FIFA for their continued trust and collaboration, and to our Catapult teams whose dedication, expertise and passion helped bring this extraordinary tournament to life.

For 25 years, Catapult has been proud to support the Business to Arts Awards and celebrate the inspiring partnerships between business and the arts that continue to shape Ireland’s cultural landscape.

This long-standing partnership and shared belief in the power of collaboration is what inspires us to once again take on the role of commissioning partner for the annual Business to Arts Awards Sculpture, a piece that honours the creativity, ambition and impact at the heart of the partnerships being celebrated.

This year’s iconic Awards Sculpture, titled ‘Intertidal’, has been crafted by Wexford-based artist Fiona Byrne. Her work captures the energy, imagination and shared purpose of the finalists being recognised, reflecting the innovation and positive change that can emerge when business and the arts come together.

Congratulations to all the finalists shortlisted for the 2026 Business to Arts Awards. This year’s shortlist celebrates 31 outstanding collaborations that are widening access to the arts, strengthening communities, advancing climate action and investing in creativity across Ireland.

Check out the incredible shortlist below, and best of luck to all the nominees!

A workplace isn’t just a building.
It’s where culture is shaped, relationships are built and organisations come together around a shared future.

Last week, more than 3,000 Irish Life employees and 300 senior stakeholders gathered to mark the opening of the organisation’s newly transformed headquarters on Lower Abbey Street, a milestone representing more than a decade of investment in the future of work.

For over 85 years, Irish Life has been part of the fabric of Irish society, supporting generations of people, families and businesses. The transformation of its headquarters is more than the completion of a major redevelopment. It is a statement of intent, reflecting an organisation continuing to invest in its people, its culture and its future.

Built around the theme Building for Life, the experience honoured that legacy while looking firmly ahead. Throughout the day, the programme explored how workplace design, meaningful connection and wellbeing can strengthen culture, attract talent and create the conditions for organisations to thrive.

An inspiring line-up of speakers, including An Tánaiste Simon Harris , Hector Ó hEochagáin, Tolü Makay | and Imelda May , helped bring that vision to life. Roddy Doyle’s reflections, shaped by his upbringing in nearby Kilbarrack, grounded the celebration in a shared sense of place and community, a fitting reminder of Irish Life’s enduring connection to the lives of generations of Irish people.

At Catapult, we believe the strongest experiences don’t simply mark a milestone. They give people a reason to believe in what’s next.

Congratulations to everyone at Irish Life on the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

Our commitment to the LGBTQ+ community extends far beyond Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈

For more than a decade, we’ve been proud to support initiatives and organisations that champion inclusion, equality, and belonging - from historical support for Belong To and the Yes Equality campaign, to partnering with GCN the National LGBTQ+ Federation and the annual GALAS Awards for nearly a decade (and counting!), as well as supporting the vital work of POZ VIBE TRIBE in tackling HIV stigma and promoting positive outcomes for people living with HIV.

This long-standing commitment was recognised at the GALAS Awards, an honour we’re incredibly proud of and one that reflects the power of partnership, advocacy, and community.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the individuals, perspectives, and identities that make our communities richer, our creativity stronger, and our connections more meaningful.

Because the most powerful experiences don’t just bring people together.

They make people feel they belong.

Happy Pride. 🌈✨
