Duties will typically include

* cleaning and hygiene
* grounds management
* site security
* Health and Safety awareness
* Reporting of all known hazards
* reparation and replacement
* Facilitating Jobs as requested including events and functions setup

Qualification and Skills

* Excellent Work ethic & ‘can do’ attitude
* strong commitment to Workplace Health and Safety
* Attention to detail
* good communication skills
* Maintenance experience
* Flexibility for occasional after hours work
* a formal trade qualification would be an advantage but not necessary
