We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Production, Marketing, and Sales Coordinator. As our Production, Marketing, and Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our production activities, executing marketing strategies, and driving sales efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing the seamless coordination of production projects, developing and implementing effective marketing plans, and actively contributing to our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by prospecting, pitching, and negotiating contracts with potential clients
Actively engage with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new opportunities and drive growth
Utilise analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales activities
Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and contractors as needed to support production, marketing, and sales efforts
Attending business networking events in a relevant industry
First contact for new and current clients. Developing and strengthening our relationship with clients and meeting their video production objectives and goals

Experience of working in a production company and managing in-house production teams

The main difference between a headshot and a portrait is how the images will be used. A headshot identifies the subject whereas a portrait tells the person viewing the portrait something more about the subject. Headshots are taken for official use whereas portrait is used to tell a story.

As the final post in this series comes up today, we take the opportunity to reflect on 2022 and looking ahead to 2023 with Lensmenโ€™s owner Susan Kennedy.

In our penultimate post of this series, we look back to November, when we covered an exciting project for Waterways Ireland in County Monaghan.

Lensmenโ€™s drone pilot Sean Walsh is capturing phase two of the Ulster Canal restoration. It focuses on the restoration of the canal between Clones and Clonfad in County Monaghan, including a canal basin marina and amenity area in Clones. ๐Ÿ’ง

Sean provides drone footage and remote view timelapse cameras. This allows the progress of the restoration to be visually monitored and followed over the entire period.
