Recent cake which went out to a lovely couple - ivory with shades of baby pink and jade for the handmade edible flowers 💕

Flavours are rich chocolate biscuit with chocolate ganache for the bottom tier, vanilla sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean buttercream for the middle tier and top tier is traditional fruit cake soaked in port and sherry before baking, then drizzled in a honey glaze before icing 😋

Indian-themed wedding which recently took place. All cake decorations, flowers, lace, jewels and topper are all handmade and edible. Flowers on stand are artificial and coloured to suit the theme. Cake is Vanilla Bean sponge with handmade raspberry preserve and Vanilla buttercream
