Can you believe it’s already the last Monday of the year? If you’re back to work already and need a little pick me up, why not stop by chq and grab a delicious lunch from Bullet Restaurant’s food truck, Little Dumpling? Think spice bags, dumpling meal deals, and BBQ roast duck - a nice switch up if you’re done with the turkey leftovers. Find them open for lunch just outside chq on weekdays.

Nothing makes you feel more festive than through music and jingles 🎶

We’re delighted to announce we have the pleasure of hosting a special Christmas performance on Thursday December 18th within CHQ, to get us prepared for the holiday break 🎄

The performance is raising vital funds in aid of the Swan Youth Centre, so it’s also in honour of a worthy cause.

Stop by at 12.30pm, and get into the festive spirit! 🎵

Last week, we had the honour of welcoming the SOLAS Choir the CHQ for a heartwarming performance of Christmas songs, in aid of the children’s charity organisation CARI. 😍🎤

It was a lunch-time full of joy through a series of uplighting tunes and carols, all in the name of an important cause.

Storm Bram didn’t stop a groundbreaking event at CHQ last night as Uachtarán na hÉireann Catherine Connolly attended the launch of a new comprehensive monolingual Irish-Irish dictionary.

Until now, understanding unfamiliar Irish words meant relying on Irish-English dictionaries. An Foclóir Nua Gaeilge by Foras na Gaeilge finally puts Irish on the same level as other modern languages, with An tUachtarán calling it “an essential resource in any living language.”

We were delighted to offer a warm fáilte to our new President for such a monumental occasion. A huge bualadh bos to Foras na Geilege for this important step forward in their vision to embed the Irish language into all aspects of life in Ireland, and go raibh maith agat to everyone who joined us.

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do here at EPIC and CHQ. Since May 2024, we’ve been turning food waste into a force for good, with the help of our handy digester, and impassioned facilities staff to oversee it all, like Liam here. This new process transforms organic waste into high-quality fertiliser, leading to a 53% reduction in such material within just one year. Due to our partnership with Key Waste, this fertiliser is then distributed to farms across Ireland. The reduction in waste means fewer truck collections, resulting in fewer carbon emissions.

We’re proud to have achieved our Silver accreditation. With continued efforts like these, we’re working towards achieving Gold. It’s proof that meaningful sustainability comes not only from major investments, but also from the everyday actions that make a lasting difference.

Their energy drew a great crowd as they flipped, flew, and filled the space with excitement ahead of Saturday’s clash between Kansas State and Iowa State.

After the performance, the squad took on our Inflatable Football Throwing Challenge and explored the EPIC vaults.

A huge thank you to the team - and to - for stopping by! 🏈
