SWELLFEST, a free family festival celebrating sport and wellness.

Taking place today in Mountjoy Square Park from 12pm to 5pm.

Headlining is Rhys McClenaghan (), Irish Olympic gold medal gymnast and Dancing with the Stars winner, delivering a special guest appearance and masterclass. A unique opportunity to see one of Ireland’s foremost athletes in action and be inspired by his remarkable achievements.

Open to all and designed to bring the community and visitors together to try something new and discover a love for sport and wellness.

The programme is packed with sports activities, wellness talks and demonstrations for all ages and abilities.
