The second half of the day with the the IMI Graduate Development Consortium Programme saw participants take part in the Bushmaster Challenge, putting their teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills into practice. It was great to see the graduates fully engage with the experience, working together to overcome challenges, build connections and learn from one another in a fun and interactive environment.

Programmes like these provide valuable opportunities to develop skills beyond the classroom and workplace, helping participants build confidence and strengthen relationships with their peers.

Thank you to the Irish Management Institute team, facilitators and participants for allowing us to be part of such a positive and engaging programme.

It is a pleasure for our team at Event Square to play a small part in supporting the delivery of the IMI Graduate Development Consortium Programme across Dublin and Cork.

The programme brings together talented graduates from a range of organisations, providing valuable opportunities to develop skills, build networks, and gain insights that will support their future careers.

We're grateful to have been involved alongside the team at the Irish Management Institute and to contribute to an initiative that invests in the next generation of professionals and leaders.

The One Stop Shop Venue, Belmont Demesne provided the perfect setting for the day.

Great energy, strong participation, and plenty of opportunities to connect as a team. A well-balanced mix of communication, collaboration, and celebration.
