We had a great day out with Shane Lilly and the team from Distilled at the stunning Belmont Demesne!

The group took on our Target Sports package, with laser clays, archery and axe throwing, followed by a BBQ and a few drinks.

Thanks to Shane for organising it all, Belmont for hosting us, Kitchen 28 for feeding everyone, and O Brother Brewing for the drinks.

A little rain couldn’t dampen this group’s competitive spirit! ☘️

Thank you, Nina Hartmann, for your lovely Celtic Games review. From axe throwing to hay tossing and turf stacking, we loved bringing everyone together for a day of teamwork and laughter.

We’re so pleased it became the highlight of your corporate trip. Thanks to everyone who took part and to our fantastic Event Square team!

Thanks also to St Helens Hotel Dublin for hosting us.

A special morning at Dublin Airport for children and their families.

The group were getting a behind-the-scenes airport experience before their flight, and Event Square was delighted to help add a little extra magic with Mickey and Minnie meeting the families along the way.

A big thanks to Naomi Vasilca and the daa team for organising the day, to Gillian Law for bringing Event Square into the brief.

Experiential learning in action with Clarity Coach at voco The Club Hotel.

The bodhrán workshop brought the theme “Experimenting and Finding the Rhythm of Our Team” to life through growth mindset, trying things out, making mistakes, adapting, listening, leading and following.

Thanks to Muireann Fitzmaurice and Hugh Fitzmaurice at Clarity Coach for inviting Event Square to contribute, and to Reetu Jagan and the team at voco The Club Hotel for hosting us.

A strong example of experiential learning with the Clarity Coach team at voco The Club Hotel.

The brief was to bring growth mindset to life through experience rather than theory. The bodhrán workshop gave the group a chance to experiment, get things wrong, adapt, lead, follow and listen to different contributions in real time.

The session was designed around Clarity’s themes of growth mindset, collective rhythm, leading and following, listening and adapting.

Thanks to Muireann Fitzmaurice and Hugh Fitzmaurice at Clarity Coach for bringing us in, and to Reetu Jagan and the team at voco The Club Hotel for looking after us so well.

A great day at Castlemartyr Resort Hotel with the Musgrave Early Careers graduate group.

The morning combined indoor and outdoor team challenges focused on problem-solving, communication and practical teamwork.

After lunch, the group moved into our Big Picture challenge — building one collaborative artwork from individual canvases, with communication at the centre of the exercise.

Two very different formats, but a really effective combination for a graduate development day.

Thanks to Siobháin Scanlon and Musgrave for having us involved, and to the team at Castlemartyr Resort for looking after us so well.

A really enjoyable team day with the GAA at Merrion Cricket Club in Ballsbridge.

We had 95 people split across 12 teams for three hours of challenges, friendly competition and a proper mix of activities across the grounds.

The format was deliberately simple: get everyone outdoors, mix the teams up, give them different challenges to tackle together and then finish the afternoon with a BBQ and bar.

A big thank you to Orla Kenneally and everyone at the GAA for involving Event Square, and to Merrion Cricket Club for hosting us.

A great day in Glendalough with the latest PTSB graduate cohort.

We were back working with IMI for a full day built around getting the group working together away from the classroom — starting with the Glendalough Adventure in the morning and finishing with our Krypton Factor team challenge in the afternoon.

Plenty of problem-solving, communication, competition and a brilliant setting for it.

A big thank you to Kate Irish and Miriam Cody at IMI for involving Event Square again, to Kevin Quigley for facilitating the day, to the team at The Glendalough Hotel, and of course to everyone from PTSB who threw themselves into it.

Always enjoy these graduate programmes — practical, social and a good way for a new cohort to get to know each other properly.

⭐ What a lovely review to receive.

A huge thank you to Csilla Reger at Novartis for this new 5-star Trustpilot review after our recent Farewell BBQ.

Csilla mentioned the attention to detail, great staff and seamless ex*****on — but the bit we’re especially proud of is that we’ve now been working together for the past three years.

Our latest event together included our Around the World Challenge 🌍 followed by karaoke later in the evening 🎤.

Thanks again to Csilla and everyone at Novartis, and also to Caroline O'Connor, Sinéad Collins and the CCIS - The Conference Company team for the continued partnership and for involving Event Square in the programme.
