One of golf’s most closely followed events, the Ryder Cup, reaches Ireland in 2027. To mark the 'One Year Out' milestone, the European Tour Group hosted a VIP gala dinner at Adare Manor on the 5th of Oct and a live broadcast press conference on the 6th - two formats, one standard of experience.

For the guests on the first evening, it was a moment worth gathering for. For the international audience watching the broadcast the following morning, it was the official start of the countdown.

AVCOM produced the full experience: the atmosphere and flow of the gala setting alongside the precision a live international broadcast demands.

Tidy space, tidy mind.

Our new projector stands debuted today. They're slim and low-profile, and the column is hollow, so every cable runs inside the stand and stays out of sight.

It's a small change, but small changes add up. Fewer trip hazards, cleaner sightlines, and a room that looks finished from the moment the audience walks in.

We're always looking for ways to make the tech disappear so the event can shine.

The Amazon DUB19 Summit ran for three days across two Dublin venues. At Charlemont Street, a branded stage set the tone for 100 delegates attending the summit and the live Town Hall. At GoQuest, Hollywood-style DUB19 letters gave the offsite team a photo moment worth keeping.

What held it together was a single AVCOM project team working across the full programme. When a corporate week spans two venues with a live broadcast element and a separate offsite, having one team own all of it makes the experience more cohesive and consistent.

Busy environments make it hard to switch off, and art and music are some of the few things that give people a genuine way to step outside that noise, even briefly. The real opportunity for organisers is building environments where that kind of experience is easy for audiences to reach.

When four Mirror Dancers stepped away from the tables and onto the stage of the Musgrave People Awards 2026, the atmosphere in the room had already shifted. By the first award, the room needed no warming up.

AVCOM delivered the full production for this annual celebration of the people behind Musgrave MarketPlace, SuperValu and Centra Ireland. We designed a stage that felt like an awards night from the moment guests walked in, with light, colour and movement carrying the energy right through to the final winner. Our in-house Video and Design teams created the content that framed the ceremony, so every nominee had their moment on screen, and every winner had a reveal worth standing up for. Full relay and capture meant no one missed a thing, in the room or afterwards.

The Musgrave People Awards is one of the events we return to year after year with this client. When a brief is about recognising the people behind a business, our production team knows how to carry that weight.

Most people who organise a company event spend the day managing it. Truly Dental had a different ambition: an experience their team could arrive at, enjoy and leave, without having touched a single logistical detail.

AVCOM took responsibility for the full event journey, where Le Pole Square was transformed into a city-centre festival environment, with every element designed around the guests.
