Weekend around the corner, New menu item for !✨️
Scorched & slow braised beef in a sweet onion gravy, topped with a deliciously creamy chive cheddar.
Toasted in a garlic ciabatta and finished with fresh sliced vine tomato, crisp lettuce & my homemade smokey buttermilk ranch dressing 🙋♀️
Ranch dressing has a traditional egg emulsion mayonaise base, with some buttermilk, fresh garlic, dried dill, fresh green herb, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lemon blitzed in.👌
Served with a little sauerkraut (pickled/ fermentend cabbage) on the side to add to your Ciabatta.
Adds texture and an extra layer of lovlieness to your lunch.
