Fresh Baguette with Slow Braised Beef Brisket soaked in a sweet jus, charred peppers, spring onion & mature Cheddar cheese.🧀

Freshly Baked Croissants, halved & filled with parma ham, creamy camembert cheese, sun dried tomato & finished with a black cherry & plum Compote.🍒

Following on from the very successful lamb baguette, here is another delicious lunchtime option, a sausage sandwich with a twist🤩🫶

Sausage meat, rolled with honey, herbs, nuts & seeds, roasted & sliced stuffed into a warm fresh baguette.
Finished with candied onion, herb stuffing, melted creamy Brie & a homemade mango & mint chutney😍

Roasted Rooster Potato Wedges & Garlic Aioli also on offer along with all the favourites.

These cold days we've been having call for a hearty warming lunch🥰

New Baguette, Potato Wedges & Aioli !🤩

Fresh Baked Baguette, real butter, Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder soaked in a Red Wine & Rosemary Gravy, Sweet Red Onion, Herb Stuffing, Roast Red Pepper, a hint of Mint Sauce finished with peppery crisp Rocket Lettuce 😍

This baguette is packed full of flavour, the lamb is melt in the mouth and even better soaked in that delicious gravy🤗

Homemade Potato Wedges are made with rooster potatoes, roasted with pink salt & the oil used to confit the garlic for maximum flavour. Finished with a mix of dried Parsley, Thyme & Rosemary 👌

The cooked garlic is blended through the fresh mayo for the perfect dipping sauce. 🫶

I will be changing up the baguette once the lamb sells out, so get it while you can!🙌

-Homemade Sausage Rolls, topped with sesame seeds served with Sweet Tomato Relish🍅

-Homemade Jambon: Thyme & Black Pepper Cheese Sauce, Aromatic Poached Ham, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Puff Pastry🍖

-Baked Scones, Dusted with Icing Sugar🧈

All available now and will go perfectly with one of their delicious coffees😍 & an ice cream sundae is a must😉😋🍨

Killymard Parent's Association approached me to see if I could donate a baked good for the Toy Show Treat Boxes fundraiser for the school.🎁

I was delighted to do so❤️

A donation of 250 Kinder Bueno Cookies baked for the boxes.🍪

SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN

December 22nd

Santa Claus will travel to the village of Mountcharles on the 22nd of December along with a few friends from the North Pole. He will travel through the town at 6pm, He will move onto Salthill Cabin via the shore road. Upon his arrival at Salthill Cabin he will open up his Grotta and Meet and Greet Children, he will also announce the winners of our Christmas Draw.

This is a free event with All Donations in aid of RNLI in memory of Paul and Shaun Chapman on there 25th Anniversary.

•You don't have to pick a starter. You get a selection of all.

•Choose One Turkey, One Ham, and One 3rd main for the group.

•All 7 sides are included.

•Please Choose two desserts.

•Cheese Board optional.

I'm running a cold collection service from Mountcharles Main St. on Christmas Eve.
All food will be cooked, carved, wrapped in foil & labelled in disposable trays ready to simply pop into the oven and heat at your leisure on Christmas Day 🙏🥳🎅
