Weekend around the corner, New menu item for !✨️

Scorched & slow braised beef in a sweet onion gravy, topped with a deliciously creamy chive cheddar.
Toasted in a garlic ciabatta and finished with fresh sliced vine tomato, crisp lettuce & my homemade smokey buttermilk ranch dressing 🙋‍♀️

Ranch dressing has a traditional egg emulsion mayonaise base, with some buttermilk, fresh garlic, dried dill, fresh green herb, smoked paprika and a squeeze of lemon blitzed in.👌

Served with a little sauerkraut (pickled/ fermentend cabbage) on the side to add to your Ciabatta.
Adds texture and an extra layer of lovlieness to your lunch.

Sausage meat, rolled with honey, herbs, nuts & seeds, roasted & sliced in a warm fresh buttery baguette.
Finished with candied onion, herb stuffing, melted creamy Brie & a homemade mango, black onion seed & mint chutney😍

The acidity & sweetness of the chutney cuts through the creamy brie to create a lovely contrast.🌿

Handmade pork & beef meatballs seared & poached in a tomato & basil ragu made with amore❤️
Soft to the touch & full of flavour✨️

Topped with melted buffalo mozzarella, from Salerno, a quick journey south of Naples.
Served in a toasted Italian Ciabatta with homemade garlic butter,🧄

Will go perfectly with the paprika roasted baby potatoes, grated parmesan & ailoi also available at 👌🇮🇹
