These cold days we've been having call for a hearty warming lunch🥰
New Baguette, Potato Wedges & Aioli !🤩
Fresh Baked Baguette, real butter, Slow Braised Lamb Shoulder soaked in a Red Wine & Rosemary Gravy, Sweet Red Onion, Herb Stuffing, Roast Red Pepper, a hint of Mint Sauce finished with peppery crisp Rocket Lettuce 😍
This baguette is packed full of flavour, the lamb is melt in the mouth and even better soaked in that delicious gravy🤗
Homemade Potato Wedges are made with rooster potatoes, roasted with pink salt & the oil used to confit the garlic for maximum flavour. Finished with a mix of dried Parsley, Thyme & Rosemary 👌
The cooked garlic is blended through the fresh mayo for the perfect dipping sauce. 🫶
I will be changing up the baguette once the lamb sells out, so get it while you can!🙌
