What a day......and night 😇
Thank you everyone from the bottom of our hearts for coming and enjoying the festivies and spending the day with us in our own parish. As the Lisgoold Leamlara Tidy Towns would say " love where you live"

Of course this is an event created and run by more then just the people you see it's the lads at the road closures, Seamus McSweeney , Sara McSweeney and their son Cillian McSweeney , Donal J O Leary and Noel, Graham Burke and Mark Horgan - without them missing the parade it wouldn't go ahead so thank you so much.

To everyone who baked and arrived with sandwiches ye kept everyone well fed through out the day.

Parade begins at 1pm from Lisgoold GAA grounds.
Road diversion in place from 12.15. Please arrive on time to liase with your group and get parked safely.

SENSORY STREET

This is so important in making our little parade as inclusive as possible. The parade will begin SILENT untill you reach the first turnoff before Woodbrook.
There will be a marker in the ground to signify.
After that poing we encourage the madness! Music, dancing whatever you want!

1 week to go!!! The road diversion will be in place from the slightly earlier time of 12.15. Please liase with the group you or your child is taking part with to organise drop off times in advance of parade.

PARKING- The hall is the hub of festivities once the parade is finished so there will be no parking there on the day.
GAA pitch and church is the best place for parking if your in early. Please be aware there is NO PARKING on parade route. Be conscious and considerate on where you park not to block driveways or entrance ways.

Lisgoold Leamlara Tidy Towns will be the grand Marshall of this years parade. They have done outstanding work around the parish and the place is blooming with life thanks to their hard work.
Have a think about getting involved, meet new and old friends and do something worthwhile for our parish.

Following the success of last year we are pleased to announce that this years parade will be sensory friendly. The beginning of the parade will be silent and we will have a sensory room in operation in the preschool. Many thanks to lisgoold community playschool for allowing us to use this space.
