I think my intern is ready for the in-person class 🐱

He’s been training with me for the last year and I think he’s ready 🥹

Jokes aside, I’m hosting an in-person workshop next 13th of June in Cork. If you like to learn all about flower pressing and creating with pressed flowers, because you love nature, you’re a curious person, or creative or you simply want to try something new, check it out.

The link is in the bio. I hope to see you there! (The place is not pet friendly, so I’ll be the one giving the class😅)

Btw, the full version of this video is on YT

WORKSHOP: The date is set (Finally!)

I'm hosting an on-hands workshop where you'll learn about the flower pressing process, beginning to end. From pressing fresh flowers, techniques and materials you need, to creating your own artwork with real pressed flowers.

Whether you like nature, flowers, art, learning something new, spending a cosy afternoon, this class is definitely for you.

You don't need any experience. Just your willing to learn and have a relaxing time.

Date: 13th June
Time: 1pm - 4 pm
Location: in person, Civic Trust House, Cork City

All the materials and refreshments will be provided.

Who's in?

*You can book scanning the QR on the last slide, or directly on the link in the bio*🌼🍂🌹

The adventures and setbacks I had with this artwork are finally coming to an end.

Let me give you a quick recap. Back in January, I finished and sent this frame to the States with An Post. I hadn't had issues in the past, so I packed it carefully as I normally do, paid the label with insurance and sent it. Mind you, I put the exact measurements and weight on the website and it was accepted on the website and the office later on.

2 months later, and with a very very worried bride, I requested it back because we couldn't tell where it exactly was. It came back shattered, the glass ripping off the flowers glued to the back too.

I asked An Post for a refund or compensation for damages, but it was denied because, I quote "Glass isn't covered".

The bride wanted her piece back so, I had to remake it from scratch. I rescued some of the flowers and replaced some of them.

What I want to say with this is that I will go above and beyond for your flowers and I know these are not all hers, but at least she will have her wedding memory forever.

Saoirse’s 💐👉🏽🖼️

I said it many times before, but I absolutely LOVE sets. This was the first time I got asked for a 2 set on double glass and I have no words. Saoirse loved the cascade design and I suggested, with her bouquet, to do a garden one. So I made one of each. The second one was a gift to her mum.

People, I’m not married, yeah I work with weddings, but I’m not married, but this is something that I would definitely consider.

Swipe all the way left to see the “before” and head to my feed because I posted a reel with the making-of this fab set

Happy creating!

On a side note: the bookings for bridal bouquet preservation for 2026 and 2027 are open. You will find more info on my website.

I emptied 2 flower presses this morning

And I found treasures. When I rediscovered flower pressing (I will tell you the story someday) I never thought the amount of flowers I would be able to press, successfully I mean.

It’s a journey, I tell you that much. One that requires a lot of trial and error. I wish I had someone teaching me or offering some resources to save me from a lot (A LOT) of failures. Although I believe that failures are great teachers, but that’s not the point here.

If you’re a beginner and you don’t know where to start pressing flowers, or they turn brown, or want to know which flowers press the best, I’m offering an unprecedented 50% discount on my ebooks and courses. Also because it’s my birthday week and I can.

Go to the link in bio, shop, digital products. The discounts for the ebooks apply directly, for the course “How to keep the colours…” put the code BDAY.

IMPORTANT: there’s no refund on the digital products, so if you have any questions or doubts, pop me a DM. Thank you!

The discount will only be available this week. After that They won’t be available anymore. I need to make room for what’s coming.

For now…

Happy pressing!
