April in the garden 🌱
Lettuce might be simple, but it’s one of the most important crops we grow. Harvested just 200 metres from our kitchen, it reaches our chefs at peak freshness — and the flavour speaks for itself.
We sow a mix of lettuce varieties successionally all year round, growing them both in our tunnels and outdoors to keep a steady supply through every season.
From vibrant salads as part of our BBQs and sharing boards, our lettuce is a small detail that makes a big difference.
