"Originally qualifying as a nurse & then a midwife, I began to explore wellness following the birth of my son.

Now, I am both a practitioner & teacher of Reiki, Aura-Soma, Divine Essence Crystal Healing & Yoga, as well as being a Seichem Master.

Over the last few years, I have developed the Fire Up Your Inner Dragon and Cosmic Heart Activation courses, and now teach both of these experiences in awakening empowerment and healing.
I also lead meditation groups and revival retreats in Ireland and abroad.

I believe the key to success is to hold a clear vision, have the courage to follow your heart and take incremental steps. Most of all, keep going!"
