Cavan County Council Local Enterprise Office - Cavan

ClubSpot, a Cavan-based software business, expects to reach profitability this year as it expands its services internationally.

Founded by John Hyland in 2020 and based in Stradone, the business has 31 staff and has raised €2 million to date. ClubSpot has developed a platform that allows any membership organisation, such as sports clubs, to manage all matters to do with their members in a customised app.

Hub Member Gerard Smith of Trave, will feature as a speaker at this week's Cavan Dublin Business Networking event.

Start-up companies like Trave rely on the diaspora to support them through advice, the sharing of connections, and by exploring business opportunities together.
