That’s why serving equipment like Chafing Units and Bain Maries makes all the difference at events, parties and functions.

We're always asked the difference between our Chafing Units v's our Bain Marie's.... Our Chafing units are portable units that use fuel to heat the water underneath, this in turn keeps the food warm - these are ideal for outdoor events where no electricity supply is available.

Our Bain Maries require an electricity supply as they are powered by an element and they also come in a range of various sizes.

We have units to suit all events, weddings, communions, BBQ Parties and large gatherings.
